These terms and conditions apply to your use of elnabidentalclinic.com, the website of El Nabi Dental Clinic, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information only, not medical advice

The website is for general information about dental health and our services. It is not medical or dental advice and is not a substitute for an examination by a qualified dentist. Every mouth is different, and the right treatment for you can only be decided after an examination. If you have severe pain, swelling, bleeding that will not stop or a dental injury, seek urgent care straight away rather than relying on the website.

3. No dentist–patient relationship until you are examined

Reading the website, sending the callback form, calling us or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a dentist–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are examined at the clinic.

4. Appointments and prices

  • A callback request is not a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed directly with you by our team.
  • Your treatment plan and its price are confirmed only after your examination.
  • Any prices shown on the website are indicative "from" prices. The final price depends on your individual needs, which we can only assess in person.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

We care deeply about delivering good results, but every patient responds differently to treatment. We therefore cannot guarantee any specific result. Photos, descriptions and examples on the website illustrate what may be possible and are not a promise of your outcome. Your dentist will explain the expected benefits, risks and alternatives before you agree to any treatment.

6. Your responsibilities as a patient

  • Please give us an accurate and complete medical history, including medicines, allergies and health conditions, and tell us about any changes. This is essential for safe treatment.
  • If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another patient.
  • Please follow the aftercare instructions your dentist gives you.

7. Using the callback form

Please use the callback form only for genuine enquiries and give accurate contact details. Do not include medical details in the form; we will discuss your health with you in person. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you send.

8. Acceptable use
