What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website, or a service built into a website, can save on your device. They are often used to remember settings or to measure how a site is used. Similar technologies include browser storage, which lets a site save information directly in your browser.
Our short answer
The El Nabi Dental Clinic website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help patients, but only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. We save your choice (accept or decline) in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Google Maps (only if you click "Show map")
Our contact and location pages include a Google map, but the map is not loaded until you click "Show map". Once you choose to load it, Google may set its own cookies on your device and receive your IP address so that the map works. These are third-party cookies controlled by Google, not by us. You can learn more in the Google privacy policy. If you do not click "Show map", no Google Maps cookies are set.
Directions tool (Google Maps)
Our "Get directions" tool can use your current location only if you press "Use my location" and allow it in your browser. Your location is read by your own browser and passed directly to Google Maps to draw the route; it is never sent to or stored on our server. You can instead type a starting point, or simply open the route in the Google Maps app.
Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, the pages you view, how far you read, and actions such as tapping Call or WhatsApp, requesting directions or sending the callback form. We do not send your name, phone number or the content of your messages to Google. Google Signals and advertising features are switched off, and IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. How to control and delete cookies

Blocking cookies will not stop you reading our website. If you block Google's cookies, the map may not work fully, but you can still find our contact details on the contact page.
If we add a cookie banner, you will also be able to change your choice at any time from a link on the website.
