Getting here from Hadayek El Maadi
The simplest option is Metro Line 1: board at Hadayek El-Maadi station heading south toward Helwan and get off at the next stop, Maadi. From there it is a short taxi ride or walk to the clinic. Including waiting time, the trip is typically about 15 to 20 minutes off-peak.
By car or ride-hailing app, the route runs along local streets parallel to the railway or via Corniche El Nil, approximately 10 to 20 minutes off-peak. Peak traffic varies, especially near the Metro level crossings. We do not publish the clinic's street yet, so we send exact directions and a map pin on WhatsApp once you book.
Why many families here come to us
A common reason for a first visit is an older relative whose denture has become loose, painful or broken. Over time the jawbone shrinks after teeth are lost, so a denture that fitted well ten years ago may now rock or rub. A reline or a new denture can restore comfort, and in suitable cases two implants can be added to hold a lower denture firmly.
These implant-retained overdentures are the subject of Prof. Nouran's published research, so she can explain clearly who benefits and who does not. They are not suitable for everyone: poor general health, uncontrolled diabetes or inadequate bone may rule them out, and a carefully made conventional denture remains a reasonable option. Read what is an implant-retained overdenture? for an overview.
Single missing teeth in younger adults
For working-age patients with one missing tooth, a single dental implant avoids cutting down neighbouring teeth for a bridge. We take an X-ray, and sometimes a 3D scan, to check bone before recommending it, and explain healing time, risks and alternatives.
Checkups for children and parents
Regular checkups catch decay early in children, when fillings are small and quick. Book siblings together to save trips.
A practical tip
For older relatives, the Metro can be easier than a car in traffic, but stairs at stations can be a challenge. If mobility is limited, a ride-hail car at a late-morning appointment is usually the most comfortable choice. Bring the current denture with you, even if it is broken.

Common questions
My mother's denture keeps falling out. Can it be fixed, or does she need a new one?
It depends on the denture's age and condition. If the teeth are in good shape, a reline that refits the base to her gums may help. If it is old, worn or broken, a new denture is usually the more sensible choice. In suitable cases, two implants can hold a lower denture much more securely.
How do I get to the clinic by Metro from Hadayek El Maadi?
Take Line 1 one stop south, from Hadayek El-Maadi to Maadi station. From Maadi station the clinic is a short taxi ride or walk. After you book, we send a WhatsApp map pin so you can follow directions from the station exit straight to our door.
Can several family members be seen on the same day?
Yes, we can usually arrange back-to-back appointments for family members when you book together. This is common for parents and children coming for checkups and cleaning. Let us know on WhatsApp how many people and what each person needs, so we can allow enough time.
